David's family lives hand-to-mouth. This means they never know where they will get their next meal. Sometimes they can go several days without food. David and his family were described by the CRF social worker as "barely surviving." David's father looks for odd jobs and typically earns about $10 per month to provide for all of the family's needs. David truly needs a helping hand.
